Our 14-Day Guarantee: We guarantee your jewellery against any immediate manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. Any suspected structural flaw must be reported to our team within 14 days of your initial collection or delivery.
The Inspection Process: If an issue is reported within this 14-day window, we will invite you to return the piece to our workshop for a thorough, professional assessment. If a genuine manufacturing defect is verified, we will gladly repair or replace your piece entirely free of charge.
Beyond 14 Days: After this initial period, any damage or wear to the piece is considered part of the item’s natural journey and daily life, and can be easily serviced under our aftercare services.
Ring resizing
Achieving the ideal fit is a delicate art, especially when orchestrating a surprise. To ensure your ring rests with grace, we provide dedicated support to refine your piece once you celebrate the moment.
To preserve the structural excellence of your design, please observe our technical criteria:
Material Eligibility: Our complimentary resizing service is reserved solely for creations fashioned from 18K gold or platinum.
Adjustment Range: Generally, we are able to alter a ring by up to three full sizes in either direction.
Design Constraints: Due to intricate stone settings, specific styles like full eternity or open bands cannot be adjusted. This limitation will always be mentioned on the product page of non-resizable designs.
Pre-Modified Pieces: Any ring that has undergone custom engraving or structural changes before initial delivery is excluded from our 90-day free resizing window and will be subject to our standard workshop fees.
Custom engraving
To ensure your creation is uniquely yours, we invite you to take advantage of our complimentary bespoke engraving service within 90 days of receiving your piece. This exclusive offering is reserved for our signature ring designs, allowing you to elegantly immortalize a meaningful date, initials, or a private sentiment within the band.
Your personal message may extend to a maximum of 20 characters, including any letters, numerals, or spaces. To maintain the unique nature of your creation, please note that any piece customized with a signature engraving is excluded from our standard returns or exchanges policy.
(Please be aware that any ring customized with engraving before its initial delivery is excluded from our 90-day free resizing period and will be subject to standard workshop fees).
