We design and sell fine jewelry made with lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
You must not:

  • Misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our servers;

  • Copy or reproduce any content (text, images, or designs) without our written consent.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colors, sizes, and images may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural variations in gemstones.
All products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice (but not after you’ve placed an order).

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other approved payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Keanis is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable;

  • Payment is not authorized; or

  • There is an error in product or pricing information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees, delivery options, and timeframes are shown at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details — we cannot be held liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please contact us at hello@keanis.co.uk before returning any item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

8. Warranty and Repairs

Our jewelry is crafted with care. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

For repairs or warranty claims, please email hello@keanis.co.uk with your order number and details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Keanis Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
