With first-hand experience in crafting fine jewellery, we saw the impact of mark-ups and middlemen on the industry. Inflated prices, lack-lustre designs, cutting corners and compromises.
As a small UK-based business, we quickly realised that by staying close to every stage of sourcing, design and production, we could offer a higher calibre of luxury lab-grown jewellery for up to 60% less than traditional brands.

We do away with unnecessary markups and middlemen, hand source our own IGI-certified stones, and sell exclusively to you. It means you can own some of the finest, most ethically-made jewellery money can buy — all for up to 60% less than if you’d bought from a Hatton Garden jeweller.

Since 2013, we’ve built trusted relationships across Japan, India, the US, and Thailand to source exceptional gemstones with a deep respect for people and planet — ones that both you and the industry deserve. While most UK brands only provide IGI certificates for lab-grown diamonds, significant lab-grown gemstone designs at Keanis are also verified by IGI certification. This ensures our prominent creations meet the rigorous quality and ethical standards we stand for, giving you lasting peace of mind that your piece was made with care.

Our commitment to quality gemstones means we never cut corners on colour, cut, and clarity. Like other fine jewellery makers, we only work with 18K gold and platinum — exceptional precious metals that we love for their distinctive hue and durability. But most importantly, the quality and craftsmanship of each and every piece is overseen by our founder, Shirley — a certified GIA jewellery designer whose expertise in ethical gemstones is woven into everything we do.
