Not at all. Every Ready-to-ship piece is crafted with the same artistry, materials, and care as our made-to-order designs — the only difference is that it’s available a little sooner.

Yes — all of our diamonds and gemstones are lab-grown. They offer the same beauty, brilliance, and durability as natural stones, but are created with greater transparency and minimal environmental impact. Most come with IGI certification for added peace of mind.

Yes – depending on the piece, you’ll receive either a gemstone certificate or a full jewellery certificate.

Most of our lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones come with an independent grading certificate from a trusted authority like IGI, detailing the stone’s quality, cut, and characteristics. For other pieces, especially those featuring multiple stones or unique designs, we provide a jewellery certificate confirming the overall quality and materials used.

Yes. All Keanis jewellery arrives in our signature sustainable packaging, with a care guide, polishing cloth, travel pouch, and any relevant certification — ready to gift or keep.

Yes — most ready-to-ship jewellery can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Earrings, resized or engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and personalisation reasons.
