This guarantees you complete peace of mind that each significant stone meets our exacting criteria for ethical origin and technical excellence.

Delivery

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, though resizing or engraving may take slightly longer.

All UK deliveries are complimentary and fully insured.

We offer 30-day returns, with the exception of engraved or resized items unless they’re faulty. 

To return your item, simply book an in-person return appointment, or refer to our Returns policy for details of how to return your items to us by post.

  • In most cases, yes. We offer complimentary engraving for eligible rings, either before or after purchase. Adding engraving before dispatch may add up to 5 extra business days to your delivery — get in touch and we’ll confirm the details for your piece.
